Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase. In the event of unavailability of one or more products, you will be promptly notified and may choose between replacement, refund, or waiting for new availability.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by the methods indicated at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Shipping will take place only after payment is received.

5. Shipping

We ship throughout Italy and also abroad. Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination. The shipping cost varies depending on the destination of the goods and is automatically calculated during the checkout process, where it is always visible before the order confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays due to the courier company.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product. The right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.
